This program allows qualified partners to earn financial incentives by helping “Eligible Customers” adopt and actively use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform workloads.
BC Migration Voucher
Microsoft funds this voucher scheme to cover up to 100 % of Year 1 billed revenue (net to Microsoft) as support for implementation costs, when customers migrate to Dynamics 365 Business Central from Dynamics NAV, AX, GP, SL, or BC On-Prem.

What Is the Business Central Migration Voucher?
The BC Migration Voucher is a Microsoft-funded scheme designed to remove financial obstacles and accelerate adoption. It provides:
- Up to 100 % of Year 1 billed revenue as a voucher
- Maximum payout of US$150,000
- A deal must have a minimum size of US$50,000
Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of issuance and cannot be combined with offers such as Deployment Vouchers or Bridge to the Cloud 2.
Who Is Eligible?
This offer is available to:
- New BC SaaS customers moving from AX, NAV, GP, SL, or BC On-Prem
- Customers with CSP licences under annual commitment & payment (excluding public sector)
- Partners must be ECIF-eligible, like Dynamic Aspect, and part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner ProgramNote: Even lapsed or orphaned customers may qualify, but deals involving non-Dynamics ERPs are not eligible.
Key Dates & Conditions
- Effective period: 17 July 2025 – 30 June 2026
- Limited voucher pool – first come, first served
- Redemption window: Voucher must be redeemed within 6 months
- Exclusions: Cannot be stacked with other offers like BTTC2

- Nominate Opportunity – Collaboration with Microsoft begins during deal planning
- Deal Approval – Microsoft confirms eligibility before licences are purchased
- Voucher Issued – Sent to the customer after deal closure, with partner and Microsoft copied
- Voucher Redemption – Use a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Proof of Execution (POE) within 6 months
